In addition, Clayton, the owner of The Hive, has some of the best staff in town (many of them former Shinta Mani Foundation students) and is a wealth of knowledge for all things Siem Reap.

Armand’s is one of Siem Reap’s newest restaurants offering a classic french setting with a small, but tasty menu. The service and lighting match the decor, giving the restaurant a refined charm. The dark-wood bar is also an appealing place for an evening drink.
