It’s been a while since I had Mexican food. I have been in love with it and I know it’s not my traditional food but I love it. This week for my night out dinner I decided to have the delicious Mexican food in a restaurant in town called “Viva Mexican Bar & Grill”, It is located on Old Market area near Pub Street.
There are a lot of choices of food on their menu such as Enchiladas, Chimichangas, Fajitas, Nachos, Tacos, and Burritos. I order the same thing every time, and this time is no different: Beef Chimichangas. My friends and I got in and choose a table upstairs of a restaurant which only my team there. Most people are downstairs as they like to see the nightlife of Siem Reap when they having dinner but we like to see it from the top.

There are not many Cambodians in this restaurant and most of them never try the Mexican food before like all my friends. My friends had tried some of the food and they said, “Yes, I like it!” and also all of them love margarita there.
Wow, it really is a small world. I will have to stop in for a taco the next time I’m in Siem Reap. Thanks!
I am so jealous of your Beef Chimichanga Narla! We don’t have any Mexican in Luang Prabang. Going to Viva is always on the top of my list when I go to visit you guys. Yum!
We love Viva! I remember how surprised I was when you chose it for your birthday lunch Narla, you’re very brave for a Cambodian, trying all the choices:)
That is a very nice lunch for us on my birthday Andrea! then make me remember the taste of food there. Joel, you have to try it when you here next time. Nicole, It’s was nice and I hope they will be in Luang Prabang one day or you can have it when you come to Siem Reap.
Do they have Corona Beer and Margaritas too?? ; )
I don’t remember if they have Corona, but they do have excellent (read: strong) Margaritas! When you are in town on the Active Philanthropy tour we will have to take you!
