Southeast Asia 2011: Laos Hotels and Restaurants

The problem with projecting the best new hotels of the year in Laos is that it’s hard to hear about what’s up and coming in the hotel and restaurant world. In Laos, you don’t hear about anything new until you see a building being built or get an invite for the opening!  I like to say it’s one of Laos’ charms rather than problems ; ) So for now, here’s a list of the must see hotels for 2011, but if I see a new building or get an invite to an opening I’ll be sure to let you know!
